Society founded by Galicians in 1964.
Peña Galega, Club España, Newark, 35th anniversary (Arquivo da Emigración Galega)

One of the still existing Galician centres in Newark. It was opened in 1964 with the aim of fostering a sense of community among Spanish migrants, a space where they could meet, to help finding a job and keeping their cultural traditions alive in New Jersey.
